Get to know the people that make up our team. Here at Centerville Community we have a value, "We Are A Family." We work hard to make sure Centerville Community feels like family for anyone that finds themselves here. Part of feeling like family is making sure you know us as staff members, and our families as well. Meet some of the families that are leading our community.
lead pastor
Kedrick Hirschy
Pastor Kedrick became the Lead Pastor of Centerville Community in the fall of 2017. He is married to Natalie Hirschy, and together they have four amazing boys (from left to right) Knox, Mathis, Beckham, and Jude.
Outreach PASTOR
JON GEYER
Pastor Jon joined the team as our Youth Pastor in the winter of 2017. In summer 2022 he shifted into a new role as our Outreach Pastor. He is married to Erin Geyer, and they have two wonderful children, Brinnley and Brody.
worship & Creative pastor
Ansen Lancaster
Pastor Ansen came on staff in the fall of 2017 to be the Worship Pastor. Since then he has taken on the additional role of Creative Pastor. He is married to Petro Lancaster, and together they complete an Indiana/South African sandwich. If you speak to them you'll know which is which. They have a beautiful baby girl named Hannah.

John emmons
John came on staff summer of 2022 as our Student Pastor for 6th-12th grade students. John and his wife Sarah have been a part of our Christian & Missionary Alliance family for many years, and we are so glad to have them as part of our Centerville Community family.
CHILDREN'S DIRECTOR
Grace Stock
Grace joined our staff team in the Autumn of 2023, but she has been a part of our church family for much longer than that! Grace grew up in our community, and after a career in early childhood education, she now shepherds the 3C Kids Children's Ministry of Centerville Community Church. Grace is married to Phil, and together they have three amazing kiddos; Hazel, Ruby, and Murphy.

DAN ABBOTT
Dan joined the staff as the Choir Director in the Summer of 2016. He is married to Dawn Abbott, and together they have two children, Aaron and Alana. They also have three beautiful grandchildren.
FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR
Maggie Gailey
Maggie came on staff in the summer of 2022 as the Finance Administrator. She is married to George, and they have been such strong pillars of our community for years.

Joy came to join our team in the summer of 2023 as Office Administrator. Joy is married to Kevin Carpenter and together they have four children Jacob, Jonah, Owen, and Josie. The Carpenters have been a part of our community for the past few years, and we are so happy to have them as part of the team now!
care counseling director

Petro joined our team in Autumn 2023 as our Care Counseling Director. Petro oversees our non-clinical care counselors, as well as the team of volunteers who serve alongside them in our Care Counseling ministry. Petro is married to our Worship Pastor, Ansen, and together they recently welcomed their first little girl, Hannah.
Spanish service pastors
Antonio & Josefina
Antonio and Josefina pastor our Spanish Service that meets at 2:00pm on Sundays at Centerville Community. They launched the Spanish Service in the winter of 2023 after years of pastoring a church in their home country of Venezuela. After moving to the U.S. they felt a call from God to launch a Spanish speaking service right here in our community. We are so excited to have an open door to our Spanish speaking brothers and sisters, as well as a new opportunity to reach those who are still in need of Jesus in our local Spanish speaking community. We are blessed to have them as part of our team!
