our story

Our story began when a group of people from Fairhaven Church stepped out in faith to begin a Jesus community in what, at the time, was rural farmland south of Centerville, Ohio. The church began meeting at the Mazotta Building, which still stands today along Route 48. Shortly thereafter they moved into a Farmhouse along route 48 and began holding meetings in the different rooms of the house. You can still see the Farmhouse on the front of our property now!

With rapid growth the church began constructing our current building, which has gone through a number of additions and expansions over the years. Starting small, the church has outgrown its building space time and time again, always expanding to make room for the work God is doing among us.

Today we stand as a church representing all walks of life, united under the banner of Christ, and motivated by The Great Commission to "Go" into all the world and share the Gospel. We are pursuing the transformation of communities by ensuring that every man, woman, and child has frequent opportunities to see, hear, and respond to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Whoever you are, wherever you go, there is a community that Jesus wants to transform. Our desire is for spectator Christianity to go extinct in our church, and for everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, to be equipped through the church for the good work of living on mission to see communities transformed by Jesus. We would love for you to be a part of that!
