The Never Alone retreat is just around the corner. I wanted to take some time to explain a little more about its theme and what your student can expect to learn at this event. This will also give you a chance to start praying for your child and us as we prepare to engage in this amazing experience for the sake of your child’s spiritual growth. You ever feel like you don’t fit in? Not included? Like you’ve been left out or uninvited? You’re not the only one who’s felt that way. Everyone goes through moments or seasons of loneliness. But God reminds us in Joshua 1:9, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Thanks to the Lord, we are never alone. That’s what this retreat is all about: learning God is always with you—that you’re truly never alone. It will be a weekend of worship, Bible teaching, team-building activities, and group games.
